Followed advice, par boiled in chicked stock and garlic cloves. Wisked olive oil, lemon juice and herbs. Drained and placed potatoes in baking dish. Poured oil and lemon mixture and tossed to coat. Oven 10 minutes, stirred and then another 10 minutes. Topped with feta cheese and fresh herbs - OUTSTANDING! Everyone gobbled it up! Thank you!

Marinated Olives II or Tapenade

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2011
Throw it in the fridge and forget about it. I left it for 2 weeks, then could not pop these in my mouth fast enough, in fact I did not even share! Then I took the left overs and put in food processor for a FABULOUS Tapenade!!! Even try with some anchovies for a pop of flavor. WOW!

Marinated Olives

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2011
Good Start - but so much more potential! I combine the olives, bay leaves, sprig of rosemary (dried didn't work so well for me!), lemon peel, juice of lemon, capers, red pepper flakes and a little rice vinegar. WOW!

Fiery Pork Skewers

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2011
Had a kabob party - made a honey chicken, a beef tenderloin (!) and this pork recipe and believe it or not, people asked for the pork to take home and left the beef tenderloin (that by the way was also delicious). Someone even said - "next time let's just make the pork ones". Wow - very good!

My guests LOVED this! Followed recipe exactly, threw it in the slow cooker on low so I could give attention to my other dishes and everyone said they liked it! Used fresh corn - all the difference in the world!

Good not great. Followed to a T. thought some shredded apple or mandarin oranges would have made it a little more exciting.

Vicki's Hush Puppies

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2011
Pretty Yummy - I made my batter the day before so party day would be easy. I minced the onion and a seed Jalapeno into the batter, and used the buttermilk like others had said. I thought they were good, my guests said it needed a dip or something. Will make again.

Tiramisu Layer Cake

SUPERB! Super easy to make and knocked everyones socks off! I wont make regular Tiramisu again because this recipe is so memorable. Light, full of flavor. Had fun with garnishing, tried lady fingers, pirouette cookies, cocoa, chocolate curls - anything is great. Definitely double the liqueur everywhere it calls for it. YUMMO!
