Love this recipe, delicious, easy, fast and all ingredients are readily available in my cupboards. The second time around I substituted half a cup of whole wheat flour, and added chocolate chips to the pancakes once I poured the batter into the pan. They were still delicious. I noticed the batter got thicker and more bubbly as it sat for a few minutes, I will let them sit about 10 minutes before I start cooking. This is so fast, it's about as easy as using Bisquick. Great tasting pancakes.
