My cooking triumphs

My first Thanksgiving meal was this year, and everything went just fine. Tried all new recipes, all from this site!

My cooking tragedies

I tried to broil some salmon in a Pyrex dish...apparently you can't broil in pyrex, at least not that particular dish! There was a loud pop...it shattered but most of it was sort of intact..like a car windshield after an accident. So much for that salmon meal!!

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

This is awsome on "Too Much Chocolate Cake". I doubled the recipe and used it on my cake. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

OMG! This was insanely good. I used mini chocolate chips and it really worked out great. A scrumptious, chocolately, rich dessert, a real chocoholics delight! And..fancy looking coming out of the bundt pan! I used "Satiny chocolate glaze"..I doubled that recipe, just because! I can't rave enough about this recipe! :)
