Definitely a crowd pleaser! I used Alouette herb & garlic cheese. Simply delicious!

Nutmeg Cake

Moist and delicious! Didn't have buttermilk on hand so used 1tsp. lemon juice and enough milk to fill the required amount. Simply wonderful! I made these as cupcakes and it yielded about 2 dozen.

Shepherd's Pie Complete

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2005
This was simple. My friend has a strong dislike for vegetables, so we left out the corn and the beans and I made mashed potatoes from real potatoes (only added an extra few minutes). Very flavorful and filling.

Chicken Breasts with Herb Basting Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2005
Wonderfully seasoned!! Yum! Even my very picky friend loved them. Easy to make, although a bit of a hassle to bend into the oven every so often to baste the chicken.

Boston Cream Pie III

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2005
The cakes tasted like bisquik pancakes, the frosting was too rich for my taste, and the custard was very tedious to make. It ended up as a lovely cake with horrid taste that just wasn't worth the time.

Old Fashioned Tea Cakes II

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2005
Wonderfully easy recipe!!! And delicious!!! Even the dough was yummy! I made these with a good friend with whom I love to experiment with recipes, and when making these cookies, we didn't even need to refrigerate the dough...they still turned out excellent. These are great with a cup of green jasmine tea!
