Rhubarb Drop Cookies

I recommend chopping the rhubarb into as small pieces as you can. I blended half the amount of rhubarb to get the taste throughout the cookie, then the other half was chopped small.

Thai Peanut Chicken

I found it a bit too peanut buttery and thick. I didn't add the onions or peanuts and only used half the amount of chicken called for. I could barely finish it.

Great beginning to a recipe. I used mayo instead of salad dressing and walnuts instead of pecans. I despise relish so I added a bit more mayo (about a teaspoon or so) and some lemon juice (so the apples don't brown). I didn't add celery. Added some curry powder also...about a teaspoon or so.

Quick Tuna Casserole

Not bad for being so quick. Was a bit bland, maybe add more cheese or salt & pepper or something. I crumbled tortilla chips on top to give it some crunch. Maybe the canned peas were what made it so bland? :) Trying frozen next time.

Curried Chicken Triangles

First taste and Oh.My.God. So good! I couldn't find shredded Swiss cheese so I used Lucerne's Italian blend...and I LOVE curry so I used 1 tsp and used fresh chopped garlic in place of salt. I cut the 8 triangles you got in the single package in half, put the mix in the middle...then realized I had hanging edges. So I wrapped 2 long edges over the top, one over the other. Came out great! I'm NOT sharing!!

Jasmine's Brussels Sprouts

I just got finished making and eating this and it's fantastic. It gives the brussel sprouts a nice bite. My roommate tried some and he actually ate it...and he HATES brussel sprouts.
