I thought the breading was excellent! That might be because I added garlic salt and pepper to the cracker mix. I followed it as was stated. I did read the reviews and knew the chops could be soggy. I added some of the leftover cracker mix on the bottom of the pan to help soak up the extra moisture. I made sure I really pressed my chops into the mixture to make sure the crackers stayed on. I would definitely make this recipe again!

Chess Cake

Sweet and Sour Meatballs II

I baked my meatballs for 40 mins in the oven. While they were cooking, I made my sauce. I had checked out a few other recipes and saw one that used bottled chili sauce. I decided to add 1/2 cup of that too. It gave the sauce a nice tangy kick. I only used 3 tablespoons of regular old white vinegar because that's all I had. I think that was plenty. I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs and added garlic and onion salt to my meatballs. Salt and pepper didn't seem like enough. When my meatballs were done, I sprayed my crock pot with Pam for easy clean up, dumped my meatballs in and poured the sauce over top. I left them in there for about 2 hours and served them over rice. I think they came out great and will try again.

Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Orzo

I thought this was a great recipe but had to add a bit extra. I sauteed some garlic and through in some fresh, chopped spinach. I didn't have fresh basil but did use the kind in the jar. I didn't bother to use a food processor for the tomatoes but I did chop them up by hand. Overall, it's a great recipe! I've made it several times.

Eggplant Parmesan I

I thought this was a very good recipe but I chose to dip the eggplant in egg then bread crumbs then fry it. I used non stick spray and a just a bit of olive oil because eggplant sucks up the oil rather quickly. I would definitely make this again.

Banana Pancakes with Berries

I thought this recipe is a great base. I added chocolate chips for my kids but followed the recipe for me and my hubby. I used a non-stick griddle but the bananas stuck to it. The next batch, I covered the bananas with batter so they didn't stick and that worked perfectly. I will be making these again.

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

I thought this recipe was good but needed more salt. It seemed like it was missing something else but I can't put my finger on it. My hubby made chicken strips out of the chicken breasts and it worked just fine. The chicken came out very moist. We'll use this recipe again with more seasoning next time.

The Best Banana Pudding

YUMMY!! I have only had banana pudding a few times and wasn't really a fan before. I decided to mae this recipe for Thanksgiving which is tomorrow. I had my daughter help me make it this moring. I couldn't wait so I made a small portion in a separate bowl to see how it was. I know my hubby is going to LOVE it. It is delicious and I will be making it again soon!!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

These potatoes were great!! I put the potatoes in the microwave for 10 mins before putting them in the oven to speed things along. Also, I didn't use that much green onions. Overall, great recipe and I would make these again!! :)

Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies

Yum, yum, yum!! These cookies were great and very easy to make. I had my 11 and 4 year olds help too and we loved the outcome. I found it easier to make small balls and then flatten them with a fork dipped in sugar.I am going to make a whole new batch to treat my husband and his fellow soldiers before the head out on a field exercise! ~Cynthia~
