Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Awesome - everyone loved it !! I substituted Craisins for raisins & I substituted slivered Almonds for the sunflower seeds. I toasted the almonds in a pan on the stove. I will make this for any event in the future - I'd give it 10 Stars ! ! !

Fugi Salad

This is a great salad I make all the time. I take it to work for lunch also. I keep the cabbage in a zip lock bag and keep the almond/ramen/seseame seed mixture in a separate zip lock. I have the dressing in a squeeze container and mix everything together when I'm ready to eat it. Works real well and is always crunchy ! !

This was wonderful and everyone enjoyed it more than a pumpkin pie ! I made the traditional graham cracker crust, but the filling is what makes this incredible : )

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Don't pass this one up. Loved this recipe ! The parmesan coating was wonderful and the fish stayed moist and flaky. Will make many times again.

Pralines, Coffee and Cream Cake

I have yet to find anyone who did not love this cake. I have made it several times. I have cut back the frosting recipe to 2/3 the original recipe and still have enough for a two layer cake. I don't do the praline part, but I do put the chopped pecans on the top and sides of the frosted cake. Adds a nice flavor and touch to the frosting !
