Jimmy's Mexican Pizza

This was awesome! My 12-year-old made it for us and it was great! Next time we will make it with taco meat because the meat was a little dry, but otherwise, two thumbs up!

Swiss Sherry Chicken

This was really good! We didn't have any sour cream so we just put in a splash of milk. The chicken came out juicy and it had a great flavor.

Chili Casserole

This was good, but I added a can of tomato sauce and some extra chili sauce. We made it with whole wheat pasta and it disguised it well enough that the kids didn't know the difference!
