My aunt and I love to entertain by the masses, but our budget tends to be tight... so this was the perfect recipe for a recent shower that we hosted. We were able to class this dish up by piling the pasta high and topping it off with 2 to 3 beef and shrimp skewers. Serve with a flavored iced tea and a beautiful dessert and everyone will think you are the best hostess ever!

Cranberry Sauce I

I made this as a test run before Thanksgiving, and I now know what all the hype is about. This is way too easy to ever buy canned again. Per my tastes, I added about another 1/8 cup of sugar and blended until smooth, since I'm more of a jellied type person. I served it warm over angel food cake with a bit of whipped topping and it was delish!

Butterscotch Brownies in a Jar

Before giving a gift of food, I always try out the recipe... unfortunately not all work. But this one did. When baking, I did make the mistake of baking in a smaller pan which caused the brownies to overcook in some areas. Next time, I will use the correct size... I know they will come out perfect! Thanks for such a good gift recipe.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Oh my goodness... I can't stop eating it, and it's not for me!!! This is so not good for my weight loss. I am making this as a pre-Thanksgiving dinner snack.

Cream Cheese Blueberry Pie

Seriously, the best! And I am not a huge blueberry fan. I plan on making this again for the 4th of July. Note: I did increase the cream cheese to a full 8 oz. block and added a splash of whole milk because I did not have whipping cream.
