Tuna Fish Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2005
This recipe is amazing. Very flavorful, and definately not fishy tasting. I like it on toasted bread with a thick tomato slice and topped with melted cheese, yum!

Cobb Salad

This was so fresh wonderful and full of flavor. I think bottled ranch would ruin the pure flavors here so I made the Ranch Dressing II from this site they were made for each other. I will make this many more times.

This was very easy and my husband loves it so much, I used reduced fat soup and didn't notice a difference, while this is not figure friendly it is wonderful comfort food.

Molasses Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2008
Wow these are so good my family thinks I am a baking genius and I am sending them another batch tomorrow. I did two small changes butter (because every cookie should be baked with butter) and since I used butter these did not have to sit I was able to bake them right away and half brown half white sugar for more depth in flavor. These will be made every christmas from now on.

Pizza Crust II

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2005
I am a serious pizza lover and this is the best crust recipe I have ever had, I will search no more. I cut the recipe to 10 servings which made one deep dish pizza. I doubled the oregano, garlic, and salt. Also a trick I learned from a friend who worked at a pizzaria is to brush the dough with oil before you put it in the fridge, not the healthiest but yummy and looks nice and browned. Thank you for this amazing recipe!

Easy Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2005
Wow this is the best apple crisp I have ever had. I made some changes based on other reviews that worked out amazing. I only used 1/2 cup of water which was perfect I also added 1tbsp of vanilla to the water. Other reviewer's thought it was too sweet so I added 1/2 brown sugar to the apples rather than the already sweet cake mix. I also added 1 cup of instant oats to the cake batter which added some wonderful texture. This was really great.

Alysia's Basic Meat Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2005
The best lasagne I have ever had. A tip from my nana use 1 lb of beef and 1/2 lb of ground pork it's an old family secret. Another change to save time and dishes saute the onion and garlic then add the meat to that pan and cook together, it makes less dishes and infuses the flavour. I added a little salt and hot sauce to the mixture.

Wow I never thought I would crave cauliflower, this recipe is amazing I will be making this for thanksgiving. The cheese sauce is so good and so easy I will never buy mac and cheese again, my son loves this new mac and cheese and the flavor is so strong I can hide vegetable puree's in the sauce. Ali's Amazing Bruschetta

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2005
These are amazing and easy. A few changes, I added salt and garlic to the mix as well as 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar which really adds a zing but not too much that it gets that strong balsamic flavour. I also followed others idea to pre toast the bread and they were nice and crisp.

Ranch Dressing II

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2008
This was brilliant, the only thing I changed was fresh parsley and chives. This was so good I am 100% sure I will not buy bottled ranch ever again. I used this on the Cobb Salad from this site and the two go together brilliantly.
