Baked Pork Spring Rolls

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2006
These were easy and delicious and my whole family loved them. I added soy sauce to taste to the mixture and served with sweet and sour sauce. I tested a few and found that they were the crispiest when cooked under the broiler 5 minutes for each side. Thank you for sharing.

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2006
While this was easy it was lacking the flavour of french onion soup and was also fairly greasy.

Chicken Chili II

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2006
I added a can of diced tomatoes and I thought the flavour was perfect, if I make this again I think I will put the diced veggies through the food processor as my chunks were too big for my liking, this is a great recipe when you don't have much time, and it makes a tonne!

Amish Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2006
With a few changes this was absolutely amazing and loved by all the glaze really has great flavour. The only changes I did was saute the onions in butter and add garlic salt to the mixture, next time I may add a tiny bit extra ketchup, oh and I added 5 extra cooking minutes, this is a new family favourite

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2005
These were amazing, super easy to make, and the flavour was great, my beef loving husband had seconds. The only thing I changed was no olives, I don't like them and too expensive, and added 1tbsp of greek spice and some salt. Delicious and easy you won't be sorry to try this recipe, thanks

Chicken Pesto a la Lisa

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2005
This was good but if I make again I will double the sauce, I skipped the pine nuts, and instead of frying the chicken I baked in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes and sprinkled with basil garlic salt and cayenne. I will use more feta next time to, very flavourful
