Teriyaki and Pineapple Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
I followed the directions and ended up with a very thick, over-sauced waste of a meal. IF I ever make this meal again, I will skip the flour and add less teriyaki sauce.

Tasty but seemed kinda greasy to me. Skipped the bacon.

BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
Great & tasty but a little on the greasy side. I made a double batch to freeze and we enjoyed again a couple months later.

The Best Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2009
Delicious. Mild banana taste; not overpoweringly sweet like banana bread sometimes tastes. (Perhaps it was because my bananas were not overripe yet.) Great -- I just added in some chocolate chips at the last minute.

Broccoli Sausage Breakfast Bake

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2008
This is "the best" and I am by no means an expert in the kitchen. It was easy to make and very delicious. The only thing I did differently was to add a cup of hash browns to the mix. It turned out sooo yummy.

Chicken and Black Bean Casserole

Reviewed: May 6, 2008
I added garbanzo beans since it was basically baked chicken chili. I did the can versions of diced tomatoes and black beans. It tasted good. I mistakenly added extra rice after reading reviews that it was too liquidy / soupy. Don't add extra rice unless you are adding extra water too.

Campbell's® Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2008
My husband actually made this, and he does not like to cook. It turned out GREAT. We added fresh broccoli and canned corn for the veggies. Instead of the cream of chicken soup, we put in broccoli cheese soup. He also added two cubes of chicken boullion to the water. It was sooo tasty!

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2008
LOVE THIS RECIPE! Wow. I did 3 eggs instead of 4 (like other posters had mentioned) and added dashes of nutmeg and cloves to the mix. I made it in a cake pan and also cupcakes. I could see chocolate chips or raisins going really well in this recipe also. I might try that next time.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
Wonderful! A pan of this does NOT last long in my house. My husband devours it. I make sure to add some chopped garlic to the mix. It's super easy if you pre-chop fresh spinach and freeze it for use later.

No Bake Cookies III

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2007
I added 1 cup of peanut butter because we are super peanut butter lovers. Because of the extra pb, I had to add extra oats as well. I always refrigerate them to get them cooled down quickly, and my, what a treat!

Cinnamon Rolls I

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2005
This recipe was a big hit with the coworkers. I found that the thinner the dough was rolled, the better. The sweeter and more sugary, the better!

Stuffed Green Peppers II

Reviewed: May 24, 2005
I liked! Hubby liked too! It would be easier to make rice-a-roni and just stuff the peppers with that though... less time involved. :)

No Bake Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: May 23, 2005
Too dry... There was no stickyness to keep the cookies together. I added peanut butter for that reason (and it made it tastier!) Rolling in powdered sugar made it much too sweet. I wouldn't use this recipe again.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2005
Yummy...soo good. I made 1/4 of the recipe for a small dessert. It was a little runny--maybe add a little more confectioners sugar.
