Yummy Beef

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2005
This was not at all "bland and boring", as was suggested by another reviewer. In fact, it was very good and easy to prepare. Additionally, you can further perk it up by adding almost any variety of canned tomato. Multiple flavors and varities are readily available at the store, so this recipe can be modified easily when you're up for a slight change of flavor. All in all, I thought it was very good and I'll certainly make it again.

Asiago Dip with Crostini

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2005
This is a very tasty dip and everyone at my dinner party agreed. There weren't any leftovers, which is always a good sign! I didn't have any sun-dried tomato sprinkles, and nor could I find any at the store, so I substituted finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, reconstituted in water, instead. This recipe is for keeps.

Peppercorn Ranch Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2005
This is a very good recipe. I made one small change due to the fact that I had extra celery on hand that I wanted to use up, so I added it in. It was still very tasty. I think this is a very versatile recipe in that you can probably add just about any kind of veggie you like. It's a keeper!

Lemon Impossible Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2005
This recipe was okay. After reading the other reviews, I decided to add a little lemon extract to boost the flavor. Not bad. I'd make it again.
