Yellow Squash Casserole

WOW! What a great recipe. Thank you for sharing Rosecart. I did use more yellow squash and alot more ritz than called for (probably by 1/4 more than called for). Everything else was spot on. Thank you!!

Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing

This is an excellent recipe. We made cornbread using cornmeal so we could determine how sweet or not sweet to make the cornbread. I also changed the amount of sage used (I cut it to 1/2 of what the recipe calls for). We also added stock slowly until the dressing reached the correct consistency that we wanted. We did not use all the stock. Thank you for the great recipes, it's a keeper!!

Cranberry Sauce

This is an easy and great recipe. I used one of the other reviewers suggestions and added 1/4 tsp cinnamon and used 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar. Thank you!

Patti's Mussels a la Mariniere

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Wow, this recipe is so good. I just recently realized that brussel sprouts could be wonderful if prepared properly. Like others, I also cut the core and halved the sprouts. I chopped pancetta into pieces and added them in the bag as well to add some flavor. I cut down on the salt due to the added pancetta. Thanks for the great recipe!

World's Best Lasagna

I have been using this recipe for a couple years now (had to try it when I saw all the great reviews). It really is the best lasagna recipe out there. I do go to the farmers market and purchase all fresh ingredients such as the mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta, fresh made pasta and good quality meat. It really makes a difference! It has been a hit with everyone I have served it to. Thank you so much for the great post!

Savory Crescent Chicken

I have been making this recipe for years! I was actually stunned when I saw it on the allrecipes website. We leave out the pimentos and add sauteed mushrooms that we put into the food processor. Delicious! One recommendation, I let the butter and cream cheese get to room temperature and cream them together in a mixer and then I add all the rest of the items to make the mixture.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

All I can say...this recipe makes the best wings we have ever eaten!! We love hot wings and these are fantastic!! We used a deep fryer to fry these babies and they tasted fantastic!! We won't be going to restaurants for these anymore! Thank you for posting!!

Grandma's Sour Cream Pound Cake

This cake is amazing! I made it for Thanksgiving dinner and everyone loved it. I did not have mace so I omitted it. I have requests from my parents and aunts and uncles to make this again! Thanks so much for the recipe!

Pecan Baked Scallops

Great and simple recipe for a busy work night! These turned out great and pretty good for you. I used wheat crackers instead. I would cut down on the amount of wine used as I had to poor some out of the baking pan. Tasted great!

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

I did not feel there was enough flavor and it was too greasy. Next time, I will only use 1/3 of the butter and will use fresh potatoes or simply potatoes instead. We did fry up the left over the next day and had hashbrown pancakes - they get nice and crispy and we sprinkled garlic salt on them - tasted much better.

Garden Pasta Salad

This is a great pasta salad recipe. We made it for our Labor Day cookout and everyone raved about it. It is best to make it the night before and let it get cold in the fridge. I omitted the tomato and cucumber and I used the Good Seasons Italian dressing powder. I eyeballed the dressing until the pasta was well coated but not drenched. Also, I some kosher salt and grated fresh parmesan cheese.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
