Also added shallots to the cream sauce (which I doubled) but other than that followed the recipe... Delicious! I love cooking with tarragon, so this recipe was a great idea for something different to do with chicken breasts... will definitely make again!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

I added Franks red hot to taste to give it a little color and a little more heat. And I used the whole can of jalepenos. Still not too spicy!

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Louisiana Crab Dip

Yum yum yum! I made this on New Year's Eve and it was a hit! The only thing I would do differently is maybe use more hot sauce or red pepper flakes, it wasn't spicy enough for me!

Double Tomato Bruschetta

One of the best bruschettas I have ever tasted! The only negative is that we found the baguette pieces to be too hard, maybe next time try a softer bread to go with this delicious treat

Cream Cheese Pickles

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Phenomenal recipe! Took it to a potluck, and was a huge hit! I did take the advice of leaving out the avocado, and it was perfect... can't imagine that this salad needs it added.

Four Cheese Macaroni

VERY good macaroni and cheese! I would suggest not buying two types of cheddar (not necessary) and being generous with the muenster or velveeta to make it extra creamy!
