Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie
Seriously ?!?! I was giving myself major props on the back ! I felt like this was a pie from the best pie shop around ! I wouldn't change anything about this recipe, EXCEPT, I baked my pie pumpkins for 90 minutes at 350. I had a different recipe before where it suggested baking the pumpkins for 45 min at 350, and it just wasn't long enough ( and that could be my oven, but 90 minutes worked out great, & I didn't have to blend it. I was able to scrape everything out with a spoon and hand mash/puree it before adding everything else. I am so happy with this pie, I am making it again for Thanksgiving & Christmas. I cheated a little & used a Marie Callender's frozen pie crust. Other than that, yum yum yum !

Cracked Sugar Cookies I
It's hard to find a really good sugar cookie recipe. I like my sugar cookies, soft & chewy, without it it tasting like too much sugar or too much butter. I have several recipes here that have had 4-5 stars with a large number of reviewers. This is probably the best recipe I have tried ! I have used my small cookie dough scooper, and they came out great, and then I made some a bit bigger, the size of a candy machine bubble gum piece. That size was better as it created a perfect solid cookie and texture. Kudos to Pam ! You have a keeper !

Unbelievably Good Fruit Dip
This definitely is UNBELIEVABLY the BEST fruit dip ever. Super easy to make & the texture was perfect. Not too thin or thick. Tastes better the next day after. I used the lemon from the bottle & it turned out fine, along with the Philly Cream Cheese from an 8oz tub & Eagle Condensed Milk. I tried another fruit dip on this site, & hands down, this was the better of the two. Great for anytime & parties. I will be making this next month for a bridal shower & birthday party no doubt !
