This stuff is ridiculous and I mean ridiculously awesome! So easy to make and soooo good. My fiance said it looks like old people food which is fine because he will stay away from it :D Like with cheesecake I find only Philly cream cheese works.

So easy to make and yummy! Added tbsp of sour cream to the soup mixture. also added the spices to that. Cooked at 350 for 1 hour. Added diced scallions on top. Also replaced chick broth with the fresh broth from the chicken I cooked. Added Adobe seasoning and wonderful!

very easy, very quick and pretty yummy. Doubled the recipe except the pepper. Less than 1 tsp pepper. Used brown rice for a healthier feel. Gonna add chives as well next time.

Simple Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
This is so simple, so cheap and really yummy. Made the 8 searvings version but only 12 oz bag egg noodles. Added 1/2 chopped onion 1 small can sliced mushrooms. Used 2 cloves garlic instead of powder. The next day a bit dry so added a 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup when I reheated it.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2005
This is is an excellent recipe! Tastes even better the second day as leftovers. I made a few changes though that I would like to share. With these changes the prep time is a bit longer: I added 1/2 bunch green onions chopped; used 1 and 1/2 tbsp chili powder (I'm from Texas and we like it hot!); 1 and 1/2 clove garlic chopped; 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar and 1 cup shredded taco cheeses in the mixture. Then I used 1 cup shredded cheeses at the end as topping. Once it came out of the oven, I added 1/2 cup chopped onion to the top. Instead of 1/2 cup water, I used 1/2 can RO-TEL green peppers and chilis (including all of the juices). Also, instead of 1/2 pint (8 oz) sour cream, I used 4 oz sour cream and 4 oz cream cheese. I think this really added to the richness and flavor of the recipe. ENJOY!! acoterillo
