Proper English Cottage Pie

I loved it, hubby said it was ok. He didn't care for the cinnamon in it. I put in less the next time and he liked it better. thanks!

Best of the Best Blueberry Muffins

We just loved these! Although I used brown sugar in the topping mix instead of white as we like that better. Kids and adults loved them!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Oh, my goodness is all I can say! These were the best! The dough holds up great while rolling and cutting cookies and doesn't puff up really huge either! This is our keeper!

I've been looking for a recipe for this since I left Austria! I went there in 1996 to visit my friends who live in Vienna, and I had this in Krungel (a town where Badmitterndorf ski school is located) and it was great after skiing all day! Thanks and we enjoy it!

Crispy Fish

We loved this and I toned down the cayenne because of my little ones. They always finish the whole fillet that I give them (they are 5 and 3)

Quick and Easy Monkey Bread

Definitely Yummy! My kids will even eat the nuts! I put a lot on too! My husband will say that they are better than cinnabon any day! Especially since I made them!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Sumed up into one word...Yuuuuuummy! My kids eat them fresh out of the oven and I have never iced them! I never get time to although I keep promising myself that next time I will! I don't use as much nutmeg though. I just have never cared for the taste to be too strong, just a hint.

Tuscan Soup

I loved this recipe although if you use lean ground pork then be careful not to burn the patties! Even my husband liked it and he's harder to please!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
