Banana Oatmeal Cookie

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2010
These are really good. Nice and moist. I did add extra craisins and vanilla as I found the flavour wasn't quite there for me but I will make these again!

This recipe is so easy to make and absolutely amazing to eat! I've been making no knead bread as I don't like all the work but this is now my new fave recipe.

Grandma's Gingersnaps

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2007
I've been looking for a gingersnap cookie recipe that's similar to my granni's. This is it!!! Absolutely to die for. I used butter and used 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar.

Corn Fritters Canadian Style

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2006
These are the best! I make them all the time and the kids love them. When I have leftover corn, I use that instead of the canned stuff and add extra milk. Maple syrup or honey goes great with these.

Mall Pretzels

These are simply amazing! I made mine using my mixer with spiral beaters and then topped them with pizza sauce and parmesan cheese right before baking them. Yummy!

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2001
This is an amazing dinner. Instead of using garlic powder, I used 2 cloves of minced garlic. It's so easy to make and tastes great.

Herbed Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2001
I used 3-cheese ravioli for the pasta, which complimented the sauce nicely. Very easy to make!

Peach Whirligigs

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2001
This is a great recipe. I added some things - a tsp of vanilla to the biscuit mix, used brown sugar and cinnamon instead of white sugar and cinnamon and added walnuts to the apple mixture when I poured it into the pan. Turned out great!
