Second time making this and we have enjoyed it. Salt to taste. Nice change up. Made our Cajun seasoning from this site and it tasted great.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2015
Made these for the Holidays & Super Bowl, they don't last long. Knowing a local butcher who has a large variety of bacons we have had these in different flavors, paprika being the best. Quick and easy make ahead. We soak the toothpicks to prevent burning.

Slow Cooker Sausage with Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2013
On the "easy" scale this is a ten. We quickly browned our sausage in a little oil & garlic. Used homemade sauce and added two pieces of Andouille for the seasoning. Served over white rice this was a no fuss meal.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2005
The sauce has great flavor.I butterfly the chicken and spread the cream cheese to cover the entire breast.Completely cover the breast with prosciutto instead of bacon (about 2-3 slices each). These can then be cut into 1"-1 1/2" slices for a better yeild at parties.Thanks..
