"Pantry Raid" Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2013
We made this last night, and since it was "pantry raid" that is what I did, I used 1 can rotel tomatoes and 8 oz can of tomato sauce. i also added 1 drained can of corn. I made my own taco seasonings from a recipe on this site. The rest I pretty much did as written. Husband loved it. such an easy recipe to change to whatever you have on hand. Thanks for sharing it mama411.

Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2012
I made this tonight for me and my husband and we both really liked it. I did as others had suggested and added old bay to the fish, the flour and the breading. I also put a cooling rack inside the baking sheet and cooked the fish on that so that both sides got crispy. I did turn the fish about halfway through and did a quick broil the last couple of minutes. This was the closest to fried fish without frying that we have ever had. tks for sharing!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2009
Husband made this for us tonight. It was really good. He did as others suggested and used chicken stock instead of water, browned the tenderloin before adding and left out the soy sauce and used real onions instead of the onion soup mix. The smell of it cooking nearly drove us crazy. We will be making this again soon. Would of given it more stars, but since he changed it so much, I do think it would of been pretty salty if cooked per recipe.

Beef Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2007
It drives me crazy when someone reviews a recipe but they have changed everything...but I am going to go there...Hubby made these tonight and they were yummy! But..he seasoned the meat with the Taco Seasoning I by Bill Echols from this site. He used 1.5lbs of meat, added 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 can of refried beans to the meat mixture. Pretty much did the the rest the same except for the olives, didn't have any and really didn't miss them. Easy quick and yummy we will be making this again. Thanks for sharing!

Crawfish Fettuccine I

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2007
Oh my this is one spicy but awesome dish!! I used already cooked tails so I did not add them until I added the cheese. I also cut back on the cayenne to 1 teaspoonful. Would of given it more stars if I could.

We did not have chicken breasts on hand, so we used chicken tenderloins and adjusted the cooking time, it was very yummy! It is on the sweet side, but kinda gathered it would be by the title "candied". We will be making this again. Thanks for sharing!

These were awesome, the white sauce was very good. My husband had never had fish tacos and wasn't too fond of the idea until he took his first bite, now he's hooked! The beer batter is great. Can't wait to try it on other things. Thanks for the recipe Tanya!

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes and Asparagus

Reviewed: May 15, 2005
This was yummy, but I did cut down on the rosemary and thyme like other reviewers advised and next time I think I may omit the rosemary all together. It was a little 2 overwhelming for me but the hubby gobbled it up and declared it 5 stars.
