Chicken Cordon Bleu I

As you roll the chicken I found it to save time by rolling the chicken into the breadcrumbs. It seams to be less mess and more evenly spread onto the chicken.

Cassie's Wishy Chicken

Barbque cooked the chicken to fast a little burnt around the edges, even though it was on lowest setting.

The pie seemed a little runny the second time I made this recipe. I think that if the flour was increased by a 1/4c that it would help. Also 45min baking time would have burnt the crust I recommend only 35min.
