To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2014
Just made it! Wow! Delish! This recipe is as good as it gets although I did some tweaking to my preference. I reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup as the topping is also sweet. I also used frozen blueberries (the only thing I have on hand) and turned out fine. And used brown sugar for the topping (as some comments said). I only made 7 muffins (1 on a brioche cup and 6 regular-sized muffin pan). Right now I'm enjoying my muffin and coffee as I write this review. Can't wait to make this again, this time with fresh blueberries.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2014
Just made this today; super like but I made changes hence the four stars. For the spread: used 1/4 c melted butter, 1/2 c packed brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 c chopped walnuts and rolled out the dough thinner that I made 16 pieces (I cut into 1-inch rolls)! For the icing: used 3/4 cup white sugar and thinned it with 1/3 c 2% milk because I found the original recipe very, very thick. I am having this right now with coffee. So good!

Apple-Rosemary Blue Cheese Bites

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2011
Just made this and currently eating it while while this review. Very delish, and with butter on top, hot and amazing! But I read the reviews first before making, so I decided to have 4 oz of cream cheese and 1/2 c of blue cheese instead and I used only 1 apple cut intro 1/8 wedges. Still one of the recipes I would definitely try for my daughter's birthday party this weekend.

Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
Made this cheesecake for Thanksgiving dinner with my in-laws and was a big hit. But made small changes to the recipe though. I melted the caramels with a lot more milk and used almond slivers and the much more spreadable mixture is nicer on top of the cake instead of on the crust. Next time, I'll make this with a Oreo cookies. This one is definitely a keeper.

Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2006
Love this recipe. Made bread pudding the first time for an office potluck. I use raisin-cinnamon swirl bread instead of white bread. No need to add raisins. I also lessen the sugar as the bread was sweet already. Made vanilla syrup with 1 carton heavy cream, 1 stick butter and 1 tsp vanilla. Dee-licious. Would make again.
