Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
This is an amazing salad if you don't skip the important steps of making the dressing yourself and roasting the almonds. What I mean by that is don't shortcut it and buy dressing from the store. What I did was make 2-3 servings of the dressing and keep it in the fridge for whenever I make this salad. Also, when adding onion I only use purple onion and I also add blue cheese which adds so much to the salad. Great recipe!!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
I made this last night for my family since it was the first snow of the year, and everyone loved it. I have never made my own cornbread, just bought Jiffy. This recipe was easy to follow and had amazing taste. I followed the directions and cooked my cornbread in a preheated oven for 30 minutes and that was perfect. I put my batter in a cast iron skillet to cook and it made it moist and fluffy. Perfect recipe and will definitely use this again especially since it is so easy to make. Like I said I have never cooked cornbread before and I did it the first time. Thanks for a great recipe!!

Pretty in Pink Sangria
This was such an easy recipe and a good one at that. I made it for a small dinner party and everyone loved it. I had many people asking me for this recipe. It is a very subtle alcohol drink that is very smooth and full of taste! I had to put it in my recipe box so I can use it again. Thanks for the great recipe.
