Chocolate Cherry Cake II

The cake is very moist, but the frosting is very rich I can't hardly stand eating a small piece. I might make this again, but definitely will cut down the sugar in the frosting.

It's easy and quick to make,just make sure to buy the pre-cut apples. I need to cut down on the water next time, about 1/4 cup, so it won't be so runny. Thank you.

Easy Pie Crust

Adobo Chicken with Ginger

This is a good recipe. I did some modifications according to my liking. I decreased the vinegar to 1/4 cup and added it together with 1/2 tsp of olive oil, about 15 minutes before removing the saucepan from the heat. I also added 1/4 cup of water at the beginning of my cooking to boil the chicken longer, it turned out very tender. MY first time to make a great adobo, thank you Liza

Apricot Chicken III

I used chicken breasts and turned out pretty good.Very easy, very tender and juicy, and tasted good. I will definitely keep this very simple recipe. One thing, I could not find the apricot nectar, so I used apricot preserve instead.
