Grew up with mostly Italian cooking, but my mom was a self-taught experimenter and macro diet person, so we ate adventurously!

Won two trophies from the Grilled Cheese Invitational: one sweet and savory sammich, and one called The Black and Tan.

Over-salting anything. What a heartbreak. And embarrassment!
