Slow Cooker Stuffing

I would only cook it for 3-4 hours tops. I found mine was a bit too "gooey" but it tasted great and everyone loved the flavor.

Light tasting and very easy to make. Made it for a change for Christmas dinner and it was a hit!

Chocolate Turtles® Cheesecake I

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2005
This was great, but not perfect. I had read the reviews so I baked it in a waterbath and it turned out great. I followed the exact recipe amounts and found the filling was enough. I might add 50% more but I could barely finish a piece as is. The only main thing I would do different is melt the chocolate chips as directed. I followed a few of the reviews and added the chips to the batter and found it too "chunky" with the chips and pecans. Everyone loved it but most couldn't finish a whole piece.

Apple Cranberry Salad Toss

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2005
Excellent! I used all spinach and omitted the green onion and served the dressing on the side. Many guests didn't need the dressing at all!

Holiday Dressing

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2004
My family enjoyed this recipe but it was our first using cornbread so the taste was new for us. The texture is also a bit finer due to "processing" the bread. My husband liked the taste but was used to a chunkier dressing. I also cooked it in my crockpot as my oven broke on Christmas morning and it turned out fine!
