i did it w/ double garlic n no cheese. im sure it would be great w the cheese but just wasnt neccesary for what i wanted it for. overall still came out yummy

Scott Ure's Clams And Garlic

i used this recipe over pasta n doubled it to feed a small dinner party of 7. everyone enjoyed it, even my 3yo. i did double the butter tho and add juice of half a lemon at the end.

GREAT RECIPE!! had to use sliced baby bella mushrooms instead of shitake cause i couldnt find them, but followed everything else exactly....why go to pf changs for them anymore. served it with thai chili sauce recipe

Terrific Turkey Chili

I made this recipe for the neighborhood on Halloween and everyone loved it and had no idea it was even turkey! The only things I changed: I added 2 cans of kidney beans, 8oz fresh mushrooms, 1 1/2oz packet of taco seasoning instead of 1oz, and the whole 2 oz can of tomato paste...What was i going to do with the rest of it anyway. I doubled the recipe it made a huge pot and there were no left overs

Vegetable Lasagna in Parmesan Cream Sauce

I miss read the directions and put the basil in the cream sauce also... it turned out6 pretty good anyway. I also used different veggies b/c I used what I had fresh... (zucchini, squash, corn, carrots, and mushrooms) the flavor wasn't quite what i was lookin for. I didn't have fresh basil, so i added a tbsp. of dry and it was definatly a basil lasagne. Next time i'll try differnt flavor (maybe a balsamic vin.), or stick with the fresh. Thanx!

Cheesy Fish Fillet Broccoli Casserole

This recipe was plain which was expected with no seasoning.. all i added was some garlic. However it is a good alternative to a boring baked fish fillet. I probably wouldn't have made it if i didn't have everything in the housse already. Mostly likey great recipe with chicken

Dorsey's Cream of Crab Soup

This soup was incredible! I did however omit the onions and celery, add 2c fresh asparagus, 2c fresh string beans, and the corn off of two cobs. I don't know if it's b/c i added all the veggies or not but my consistency was perfect and creamy. Also I did add extra crab 1/2 fresh, and half imitation cause thats what i had. I did use all the recommended old bay cause i like salty stuff, but if you don't i wouldn't. Thanks for the recipe!

Baked Mushroom Rice

I had to give this recipe a 3 even though it turned out good cause there was so much to change. i used 1c uncooked rice, 3 bouillion cubes, 2c water, omitted onion- used 1/2 tsp onion powder, only 1/2 tsp oregano, 2tbsp minced garlic, 1c canned mushrooms(chopped). Cooked for 50 min. on 375 last 5 minutes added a handful of shredded mozz cheese on top. This recioe needed alot of help I can't imagine how it would of turned out by itself, thanks anyway

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

I love veggies so I added about two cups of mixed veggies(broccoli,caul,carrots), and also added another 8 oz of mozz. cheese. Next time I'll do the same but cut the bread crumbs in half. Thanks

I liked the concept but i wasn't a fan of the toppings so i used diced tomatos, spinach, shredded cheddar, and shredded mozarella. Wrapped nice with a good plating appearance, Thanks

I followed the recipe exact and it's definatly not the flavor I'm looking for - you could taste both the worchestershire sauce and lemon juice didn't go well tog. Thanks anyways!

Cheese Bread

I found there to be way to much parmesan cheese in this recipe, or maybe I mixed all three cheeses togethor before puting it on might work. If not the top turned before the parmesan cooked on the bottom layer. Thanks anyway!
