Salmon and Spinach Fettuccine

This was a very good recipe. I made a few alterations based on some suggestions: 1) I added 1 tbsp minced onion and 1 clove of garlic, minced to the butter and sauteed until tender. 2) Instead of adding the flour after to the milk/butter, I made a roux by adding the flour to the butter and gradually adding the milk. However, I found that doing it this way caused it to became too thick, and I had to add extra milk. 3) While still yummy, I found the Parmesan flavor slightly overpowering. We love Parmesan, but I was expecting more of a smoked salmon/spinach/caper flavor, and found that they came second to the cheesy flavor. Next time I would cut the Parmesan in 1/2. Overall, very delicious!

Olive Oil Roasted Eggplant with Lemon

I found this recipe to be not very good at all. The taste of the olive oil was overpowering and it just wasn't the right flavor for the eggplant.

Japanese Chicken Wings

When I made these for the first time, I forgot to dip them in the egg/flour mixutre. They still turned out delicious. My girlfriend who has also made them before commented that they are better without the egg/flour mixture. I also added some sesame seeds to the sauce. All in all, super yummy!

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

This is one of my favs. Though they are time-consuming, every time I make them, I get rave reviews. The only thing I find is that you need more bacon, and that you have to make sure that your chicken is cut into small enough pieces to ensure that it is fully cooked by the time the bacon is cooked. Overall though - great recipe!

Romano Chicken

I made this recipe last night and everybody loved it - they're still talking about it today! I cooked in the microwave for about 8 mins first. I then took some of the other reviewers suggestions - added more melted butter, and the rest of the crumb mixture on top and then broiled a bit in the oven to make it crispy. This recipe is unreal!

Best Brownies

Every person that I make these brownies for raves about them. The only different thing I do is to add a little bit of milk to the icing - it's wonderful!
