Better Than Sex Cake I

This is awesome. I made it twice in one weekend, once with a cake mix and once with a from scratch chocolate cake. Excellent!

This recipie is so good and super easy. I served it to a group of teenage boys and they all said they were incredible. I think that next time I make them (and I'll be making them often!) I'm going to make a crust out of chocolate graham gracker crumbs and butter instead of the plain graham crackers. These are a must try!

Breaded Chicken Fingers

Spinach and Mushroom Salad

I had to more than double the dressing ingredients to get enought dressing to wilt the spinach and flavor the salad. Was very tasty though.

Hugs and Kisses Crescents

Very, very, very quick and easy. I assembled them in less than five minutes, and they baked while I cleaned up the dinner mess. Perfect for a quick, easy chocolate fix.

Chicken, Stuffing and Green Bean Casserole

I used a 6 oz. box of stuffing mix, and it came out great. Very simple idea that everyone loved. Would probably be just as good with mushroom soup instead of chicken.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

I really liked this cheesecake, with the exception of the crust. It didn't have enough butter to hold it together and it needs some sugar added. The cheesecake portion was delicioius, but find a different crust recipe to use.

Quick Quiche

This was my first time at making quiche. This was very tasty and simple--would be good with any combination of add ins. I think I would try it with spinach and muchrooms or ham.

Camp Cornbread

Not at all like traditional cornbread. Very moist and sweet. My husband says its like the cornbread side they serve at Chevy's Fresh Mex. We liked it with honey butter.

Taco Casserole

This recipie was wonderful. The chips don't really stay crunchy (which was good in my opinion). We substituted tortilla chips for the taco shells, and topped it with salsa and a dollop of sour cream and it was so good!

Apple Cake III

I double checked the recipe to make sure I'd done it right because I really didn't like this cake. Mine was void of flavor and not very moist at all. Pretty sure I did everything according to the instructions.

Cheese and Broccoli Chicken Soup

Ultimate Comfort Food

This is the best chicken stew recipie I have ever eaten. I adapted the recipie slightly by using 10 oz. egg noodles in place of the dumplings (which I didn't care for), and increasing the broth, and it was a hit. Every bit worth the effort it takes to make it.

Philadelphia Style Butter Cake

This cake is delicious. I threw it together in no time. Very rich with a crumbly crust. Make sure to have a glass of milk ready when you sit down to eat!
