Lisa's Favorite Carne Asada Marinade
This kinda fell flat. I didn't have a whole bunch of cilantro, but had some. I don't think that would've made much difference. I don't think the citrus flavor was as strong I as I had hoped either. This is okay, but I don't think it rates higher than 3.

Jet Swirl Pizza Appetizers
Salty (but expected) and EASY to make. We enjoyed them, but not insane about them. Sauce to dip would've been nice. Potential to put anything in these. I too cooked for 25 minutes and flipped for 5. Mine was cooked fine, no unfinished dough and it cooked crisp, not gooey on the bottom. I'll make again for sure. Thanks.

Chicken Wraps
Just wasn't what I was hoping for. Maybe I needed more than 4 hours in the teriyaki marinade? No one was wowwed, but it was eaten. I'm wondering if doing this shish kabob style and grilling would be better. Grilled pineapple is awesome.
