Dill, Feta and Garlic Cream Cheese Spread

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2006
This is really good. It gets better after being in the fridge for a day or two. Great with sourdough bread or crackers. Would be wonderful to serve for a party instead of the usual dips.

Jalapeno Poppers I

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2006
These are really good, but a little too hot for my taste. I liked them, but wasn't a big fan of the coating on the outside. It seemed like it didn't cover the jalapeno enough. Overall pretty good though.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2006
This is the best recipe for hot wings I have tried so far. To save time, I buy bottled hot wings sauce and stir them with that right before serving. My family loves them!!!!

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2005
This is an AWESOME recipe. Everyone will love this. The chicken comes out flavorful, crispy on the outside and moist and tender. I suggest pounding your breasts if they are too thick. This is one of my favorites. I make it at least twice a month.

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2005
I didn't think this was very good at all. It wasn't bad, it was just very bland. I wouldn't make it again.

These are the best cookies ever! I have made them with both vanilla pudding and chocolate pudding. They are always a huge hit. I am very picky about my chocolate chip cookies, these are the best!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2003
Very good recipe. The chicken came out moist and my husband liked it a lot. Next time, I think I will leave out the bread crumbs, or maybe on sprinkle a little on top along with some salt and pepper.

Tuna Pita Melts

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2003
Very good and very healthy. I will definitely make this again. I didn't leave the pita's in the oven after adding all the ingredients. I think you need to leave them in for about 8 minutes to get the tuna inside hot and the cheese to melt all the way.

Lemon Horseradish New Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2003
I liked this recipe, and I am a big fan of horseradish. I am always looking for new ways to cook potatos and this one is good. If you don't like horseradish you will not like this dish. I would make again, with maybe a little more sauce to add more flavor.

Thai Peanut Chicken

Very good recipe. I left the recipe for my husband to make one night and by the time I came home it was made. I am a big fan of stir fry dishes in general. This one is really good and I would definitely make it again!

Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2003
This is by far one of my favorite desserts to not only make, but to eat! My husband's co-workers beg me to make them. I always make a double batch so I can share them with my co-workers as well. I usually end up with more chocolate and not enough filling, so I have learned to increase the filling just slightly. 5 stars!!!
