Waffles I

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2010
Wow! This is a great recipe. I'm kinda picky about my waffles. I really want them to be slightly crisp on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. This recipe had all that. The flavor was also great. I used white whole wheat flour and they came out fantastic. Even my non-waffle eating kids gobbled them up. THANKS!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2010
This is the best cookie recipe ever! The first time I made this I only had chocolate pudding in the house and so added it instead of the vanilla. That made the most amazing double chocolate chip cookies ever. Seriously, make this recipe!

Chocolate Mayo Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2007
This recipe reminds me of a chocolate cake recipe from my childhood except this one is lighter and moister! I used Dukes light mayo and two tsp of vanilla and baked it in a 9x13 pan for 45 minutes. It was an easy, easy recipe I quickly made with my 5 yr old!

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2005
The flavor was great. A little too much heat for us. We will definitely make it again but will cut the cayenne in half (at least!) I stirred two cups of instant rice in at the end and it turned out great!
