Campfire Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
This is the best thing ever if you can keep them hot enough to cook properly. We actually left ours buried from the lunch time fire until dinner. They were amazing.

Aloo Phujia

The spice combo rocked. We didn't use the same veggies at all. In fact we used chicken and leftover green beans and potatoes, and threw in canned diced tomatoes, but it was still amazing.

I like the idea of these but I'll be trying other recipes before I do these again.

Beef Wellington

Reviewed: May 9, 2010
This was great and way easier than I thought it would be. We used a cheaper roast rather than tenderloin and it turned out great still. I think next time I will use a bit more pate and perhaps a smaller onion, and it might be fun to try the individual sizes some people have done. Either way this is a keeper!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2009
We used a combination of other cheeses and it worked out very nicely. We also added some garlic to the onions. I think we'll be redoing this recipe with different ingredients for years to come!

Julia's Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies In A Jar

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2008
It didn't turn out well for us. We didn't have butter so we used marg, and we used 2 eggs instead of 1/5, so that may have been why. If I were to try it again I would use fewer chocolate chips as well.

I love this! I use the cheap 'frying chickens' and it's still great.

Microwave Baked Potato

I used the plastic wrap tip and they turned out great! Not quite as good as the oven but considering how quick, they were awesome.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: May 3, 2008
I'll be making this again. It was really nice. I did do a few things differently though, based on what was available. Instead of hot sauce and tomato paste, I threw in some spicy/peppery steak rub, and ketchup. And instead of dried oregano and fresh parsley, I used fresh oregano and fresh basil. It was still a hit!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: May 3, 2008
Great Recipe! *Changes I made: -Instead of garlic powder, I roasted some garlic at the same time as baking the potatoes and threw a few of the roasted cloves into the mix (was awesome, I'd do this again). -Instead of cooking bacon I used the good pre-packaged stuff, I can't say that I missed it or noticed. *One thing I'll do differently next time: -I'll take someone's suggestion of microwaving the potatoes for 5-10 minutes to start them off. I had a hard time scooping out the potatoes that weren't as cooked, and had to microwave the mixture a couple times in order to mash them to a nice consistency.

Instant Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2008
This was so quick and easy! I did the normal flower + salt and baking powder thing suggested by the other users, and used a mini muffin tray so the cooking time was shorter. They were really cute and done in no time.

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2005
these were great! i personally will 1/2 the wine and up the broth in the sauce, maybe just in the simmering stage for the sauce, because it was a bit too 'winey' for my taste. everything else was great. thanks!

Allie's Delicious Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2005
this was excellent! I decided to only stir in the cheddar (probably more than was called for) then layer the white cheeses seperatly like a lasagna with the macaroni. I will definatly make this again one day.
