Ok, three stars only to encourage the original poster to change the pasta amount, if you do then I will adjust my rating to five stars. First, delicious. I did use the 9oz of pasta but I had some left over polish sausage and cut that up and put it in there. It wasnt overly soupy and it was good but I mixed some cheese in with it so that may have helped. The parmesan on the top creates a delicious crust. I would make this again and again. Not really a company dish but kids love it. (oh I didnt put the spinach in either) One thought is that next time I will add little chunks of pepperoni. (yeah make a fattier!) The kids didnt like my recycled polish sausage :)

Ok this was out of this world. Made some changes. First we used a pillsbury refridgerator roll out crust. Bake in oven first to get crispy. Ours was not soggy at all, delish! Second instead of hot sauce we used Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce/Marinade, we just happened to have it and it was very good. Finally, we like blue cheese but we like ranch too. I think this was the best change, we used ranch dressing and then sprinkled crumbles of blue cheese on top. I have to say, my boyfriend is the best cook ever, he made this and I love him.

Big hit as an appetizer. Left the peppers off as my peeps dont like them. Never put the foil on so it was a little overly browned. I just forgot to read that part. We did have the marinara for dipping but my boyfriend thinks he would like to dip them in ranch so maybe you can have a choice of dips. Will make again.
