These were very good! I made them with 2tbsp of garlic infused olive oil instead of the butter. this will be my recipe for hash browns from now on.

Corn and Black Bean Salad

Delish! I agree with previous posters that it could use some chopped onion. Great side dish for a pot luck or picnic.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: May 10, 2010
These are the real deal. I made exactly as is, except omitted the black olives. Outstanding! I took another reviewer's advice and left the chicken whole while boiling - makes for easier shredding. These are a bit labor intensive but are worth it.

I am so proud I now know how to make pulled pork sandwiches. I followed the recipe exactly and used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. This will be a summertime staple in my house!

Chocolate Chunk-Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2009
I loved this, and so did everyone at our Easter brunch. I made recipe exactly as-is, I just separated the chocolate and sugar mixtures like the other reviewers suggested. This cake is FILLING and makes a LOT so you can easily cut it in half for a medium/small sized crowd.

This was very good, I'll be making it again. I followed another reviewer's suggestion to put the honey mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes to thick it up a bit. Good suggestion!

Italian Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
This was very good. I followed other reviewers' recommendations - omitted salt, doubled the garlic, browned an onion with the sausage, and added 1/2 orzo pasta when I threw in the beans. I had an extra cup of spinach so my spinach totaled about 3 cups. I used hot italian sausage. You pretty much can't get this recipe wrong!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2007
This is the perfect brownie recipe! I made the recipe exactly as written, except I doubled the recipe and used a 9 x 13 pan. I didn't use the frosting because it was already sweet enough. I just dusted with powdered sugar. I love this recipe because it's so quick! And the cleanup is a cinch - I didn't even have to use a mixer - no mixing bowls required - straight from the pot on the stove to the baking dish. I will make this again and again!

Cherry Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2006
Ooooh this was good! You can pretty much alter this recipe according to your tastes. I lightened it up a bit and was amazed at how delicious it was ... I used FF Miracle Whip (I prefer Miracle Whip over mayo anyway), FF milk instead of the buttermilk, and reduced the salt and pepper by half. I also had to make some substitutions to what I had on hand... I used dried cranberries instead of cherries, and omitted the celery. And I did add the optional apples, I think this is a must. TRY THIS!
