Yum-Yum Corn

This has become a "stand-by" for pitch ins. Everyone loves it! My 4 yr old asks for "cream corn please"! Always keep ingredients on hand for those last minute dinners.

Pepper Jelly Appetizer

Always a hit whenever I make it! I usually use jalapeno jelly and the heat is calmed with the cream cheese!

Baked Cheese Olives

A favorite of ours! I served these to "Santa" as he was setting up on Christmas Eve... and he is hooked! Has requested at every gathering we have had since! I make several batches at one time, then freeze them to have on hand when someone stops by. They work out great!

Easy Crab Linguine

We loved it!!! After reading past messages, I added broccoli, more garlic and thinned with more milk. It turned out great! Hubby was still talking about it as he went to bed! Thanks

Mexican Corn

We loved this recipe! Was looking for something to add to chicken enchiladas and found this! What a surprise! The only change that I made was using a can of green chilis instead of the jalapenos as our 2yr old was eating too! Was a great success! A current fav in our household! One night to "jazz" up a otherwise boring dinner I took the idea and used a can of mixed veggies instead of corn... then added shredded cheddar cheese right at end of cooking time..They loved that too! Great way to excite a meal!
