About this Cook
Well im just 18 stiil studying, loves outdoor activities and dancing.. and im pasionate about serving gd food. Although im an asian... i love cooking itallian, western food because it's very easy to get the ingredients in singapore. also my bf loves to eat anithin with cheese. as asian cooking dont really require cheese in our meals i look foward to search for gd recipes with cheese. also i enjoy making frends all over the world, espescially older ppl... haha like thoese wif kids. n tokin abt kids i really love kids...
My favorite things to cook
chinese food n cuisine... although im not one i feel that chinese food can be very simple n healthy... middle eastern n indian... i love basmathi rice n stuff wit lots of spices...to me vegetarian indian always taste very good... although im nt vegetarian im not a meat lover my self.... lasagne n mac n cheese.... ok im still learning cuz as asian is not common to have dis type of dish... so as my bf always look foward for sumtin cheesy i love to experiment with any of these recipes brownies! cuz to me its the easiest desert to make.. ohz n i love cooking pasta as well... espescially spag salads or stir fry pasta n i love using olive oil in most of my cooking most importantly i must have vegetables im my cooking... i love to eat healthy...

Chinese-Style Steamed Fish
i gave it a four cuz to me it lacks of flavour.. so the next time i tried i added some ground black pepper, sesame oil, and also some bell peppers. im not a fan of cabbages so i use carrots instead... n it turned out so GREAT! my family jus love this dish.. def a keeper.
