This recipe was good. I used Orange Marmalade instead of chutney. It was way too sweet for my taste, so next time I'll only add half the amount. Also, I used sliced green onion for color, and next time will added twice the amount of curry powder. I'm looking forward to making it again. Yummy!

Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread

I made this bread for Christmas and nobody knew it was good for you. Everybody thought it was just regular banana bread! I substituted the oil for applesause and added a little extra to keep the bread moist. It was delicious and it will be my banana bread recipe from now on!

Best Whole Wheat Chocolate Chippers

Just made this recipe today and I was surprised they were so good. I couldn't really tell the difference with the whole wheat flour. Just a little bit, but not enough to make them bad! My husband really liked them too! Very tasty and I will make these again. Next time I will use walnuts instead of the pecans, because that's what we're used to in our chocolate chip cookies.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I made this recipe a few weeks ago and I liked the taste, but the muffins didn't rise all the way. There was a big sump in the middle of them, so I don't know if I mixed the batter too much (even though I didn't use a mixer). Also, when I made them the batter was as thick as cookie batter so I added more milk and oil. Anyway, I'll try them again, but might put the batter in a cake pan and bake it like a cake instead. I was somewhat disappointed with the results of this recipe, but like I said, I could have done something wrong.

Honey Bran Muffins

This is by far the best bran muffin recipe I've tried. I was looking for a muffin recipe to duplicate the ones I bought from the Vons bakery, because I like those the best. This is it - only better! It does have lots of raisins, so the second time I made them I cut the raisins in half and used 1 cup of pineapple tidbits with the raisins. It was good that way too. I think next time I make them I'll only use 1 cup of raisins instead. Great recipe!
