Vegan Cupcakes
Excellent recipe! One of the best tasting vegan cake recipes I've come across. I like vegan recipes because they don't use eggs, which my son is allergic to. I made a few slight modifications. Instead of almond milk, I used regular skim milk, since my son is also allergic to nuts too. I also added about 1/4 c. of orange juice to the batter after all the ingredients were mixed. My family, especially my husband, loved the cupcakes. My son also asked me to make them for his class for his birthday in October. Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe.
