Italian Pasta Florentine
My family loved this recipe. I did add 1/2 cream and 1/2 chicken broth as suggested by other reviewers. I wanted a little more sauce than the original recipe called for. Very good. Will make again soon.

Breakfast in a Muffin
My kids loved these muffins. Next time, I think I will add more bacon and some fresh chives for a little more flavor.

Rosie's Bok Choy Salad
Really good! I didn't even have the ramen noodles or green onions (I added chives instead) and it was awesome!
