I'm a beginner cook. I can cook a few old-fashioned southern dishes, but as I'm beginning to struggle with menopausal weight gain, I finding that I need to change my eating habits to healthier more balanced meals. Cooking Healthy is something I KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT.
My favorite things to cook
Not necessarily my favorite but I am comfortable cooking chicken and pork and catfish. I like pretty much all green vegetables except Brussel sprouts (which I think should be against the law). Most of the vegetable I cook or either canned or frozen so I would really like to learn to pick and cook with fresh veggies.
