OMGoodness! This is amazing (and SO simple too!) Just doubled the sauce for a holiday party (with 2lbs of shells) to accompany meatballs and hot roast beef, yum! I also made it with soy butter/parm/milk as I am currently nursing my son who has an intolerance to milk protein so this is such an easy and yummy way to still have a gourmet mac and cheese.
