Quinoa Pudding

Substituted regular milk for apple juice and added a little Splenda to compensate for the loss of sweetness. Very good!

Chicken Tikka Masala

Surprisingly good! Not a "light" recipe with so much cream but delicious! Brought it for lunch over brown rice, reheats well.

Great recipe! My suggestion: Use caramel dip (usually next to the apples in the grocery store) instead of unwrapping and melting caramel candies with the heavy cream. It's less expensive and does not make a mess of a pan. Just microwave it in 10sec intervals until easy to spread!

Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken

Made this recipe for my 9 college roomates (7 guys, 2 girls) and they loved it! Smells delicious cooking all day and pretty easy to make. Go with canned pinapple as called for, fresh pinapple is tough to cut up!
