Stuffed Shells III
Very good! Whole family loved it! Only had enough ingredients to make half the filling but it was enough. Used quite a bit less salt. Didn't use as much parmesan as called for. Doubled the sauce. Added a little basil, oregano, and garlic powder to filling. Covered with foil for 45 min. Uncovered for last 10 min. Put mozzarella on top instead of in sauce for last 10 min of baking. Used all the called for noodles but other reviews said to make two trays. We didn't bother. There's enough for lunches and leftovers, though. Probably could have frozen some it. We will be making this a regular dish!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
But...cut chicken into chunks, lightly flour, and cook. Set aside. Make sauce separately and reduce. Then pour onto chicken and warm together. Since I made this for little ones I left out hot sauce, halved ginger and garlic, and used only 2 tbsp of soy. It was the best chicken I've ever made! Would like to make sauce spicier as in recipe and serve as chicken bites appetizer.

Ham and Noodle Casserole
Very easy. Used cream of mushroom soup just because that's what I had. Didn't have any onion so left that our but think I wouldn't have used an entire onion anyways. Added about 1 cup frozen peas. Whole family loved it.
