Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

I am told that tomato paste is the key but I used just a can of crushed/pureed tomatoes. The sourness added by the yogurt was a bit strong for my liking so next time I'll use more heavy cream and less yogurt. I will also use half chicken breast and half chicken thighs.

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms

Fabulous! I followed other reviewers' tips and reduced the butter to 1 cup and sauteed the chopped mushroom stems with the garlic. I used 1 can of canned crab meat because its what I had on hand. I also added Asiago cheese instead of parmesan because I didn't have any on hand. Finally, my batch of filling ended up making close to 30 med-large sized mushrooms.

Crab Stuffed Flounder

Very nice flavours. I used imitation crab and it turned out wonderfully. Neither my husband nor son like mayonaise so I served it on the side rather than putting it directly on the fish.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Recipe was good, although I took the suggestions of other reviewers and added vanilla and extra blueberries. I doubled the recipe but found thre was way too much of the crumb topping. Taste great though!

Three Meat Cannelloni Bake

Although this was really time consuming, it turned out wonderfully, certainly worth the effort. I used fresh pasta (1 egg per 1 cup of flour with a bit of olive oil). I couldn't find any ground veal so I substituted it with spicy italian sausage which made for an interesting flavour combination. I also topped with grated mozza cheese.
