I increased this recipe for a Christmas dinner party to 75 people because of the Cranberry.
As I wanted to add some zip to the recipe I added a little more curry, onions, salt & pepper, cumin, red pepper flakes and 5 honey/garlic pork sausages for flavour & fat since the breasts were skinless.
The results were excellent, people loved it and I heard no negative comments at all.
I wouldn't hesitate to make this recipe again although hopefully not for 75 people but for 6!
