Turkey Pot Pie

I thought this was very tasty... I also added a pinch of sage and rosemary. It would have probably been just as good without my pinch though. It's a little work to make, but well worth it.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

I would give this 10 stars if I could! I couldn't stop eating them after they came out of the oven and was satisfied with just the rolls for dinner!!!! Thanks Donna for such a yummy recipe... easy too.

Braised Pork Chops

I thought these were pretty good. The only complaint really that I had was that it did not make enough gravy. I even added double the cornstarch and chicken broth, but it was just not enough and the gravy tasted so good. I think also that the next time I would add equal parts water and chicken broth while braising. It would add more flavor to the pork and also add more gravy. I will make them again though. Very easy...

Herb Roasted Pork

I was not impressed with this at all. I followed the recipe exact and it was very bland tasting. I did follow somebody else's review and cooked less than the 3 hours and glad I did because it was borderline dry. I will not be making this one again unfortunately.

Juicy Pork Chops

This was delicious... I followed the recipe except that butterfly'd my chops and then pounded them down to make pork cutlets. Cooked about 3-4 min each side. This recipe gives lots of flavor and keeps the chops moist. I only marinated for about 45 min. but I can only imagine what 12 hrs would do because even 45 min made them great. I also used fresh minced garlic but I'm sure no different then the jarred. Thanks for a great recipe. It's a keeper in my house!

Swedish Meatballs (Svenska Kottbullar)

I followed recipe exactly like written... I thought it was over the top sweet, almost like eating a cupcake. I think there were errors in cooking time, it took me well over 2 hours to make this and I am not an amatuer cook. I also think that if you try this recipe, do not add the sour cream to the simmered sauce unless you temper the sour cream or it can curdle. I'm sorry but very disapointed in this recipe. I only gave it a two star beccause the meatball was tender and moist which is always nice. Just thought too much went into this
