We had this for dinner last night and while it wasn't bad, it wasn't as wonderful as we hoped based on all the five-star ratings. After reading the negative ratings, I think the problem might actually have been that folks used thick chops. Ours were bone-in center cut (not thick) and they were very tender and plenty moist. My reason for the three-star rating is that I just didn't care for the flavor of the sauce. Maybe too much wine, too much cream-of-mushroom -- the smell of the breaded chops frying was heavenly, but all you could taste was the cream stuff when it was all done.
