Easy Tilapia

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2006
This is very easy and delicious. I use white wine/lemon sauce for several dishes, and it is best used with broccoli steamed in it. Some tips: don't use tomatoes or any veggie, and less butter. Keep the capers and a pince of minced garlic. You can use the sauce to saute pasta dishes, chicken or any seafood!

The temperature and timing on this recipe is perfect--this roast beef is meant to be rare and this recipe does a bang up job!

Zucchini Bread II

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
very good, and 5 stars for 2 reasons. 1. it tastes great! 2. most people make zucchini bread to get rid of the huge amount of zucchini they have, and this one takes a lot. I've used this to make the bread, muffins, and today, I added cocoa powder and chocolate chips, threw the whole thing in a bundt pan, delicious!

fantastic! the only MINOR thing I added was I squeezed two lemons over it, and put them in the cavity along with the apples. I will never make turkey without a bag again!!

This recipe was my very first stab at meatballs, and I made them for my boyfriend's surprise 30th birthday party 4 months ago. People are still raving about them!

NILLA Tiramisu Cookie Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2011
I hate to give so few stars, but I am not sure what I did wrong?? Once I added the coffee to the white chocolate, what a mess! I couldn't coat them!

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2008
I give these 5 stars because they are very simple to make, and even a novice can do this and have an absolutely gorgeous presentation. I only half coated mine, it made life simpler. And, the one batch was store bought cake and frosting, the other batch was both from scratch. They are equally good, but I would definitely take the step of refrigerating before shaping, otherwise they won't be as round, and freeze before dipping, just to make it easier and less messy for you.

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2008
Definitely a great recipe, best way to keep them hot, and loved the idea of using a kitchen towel-a must! As a note, I've made the 'holiday, I'm cheating version,' which follows this, and I've made the healthier version using low fat ingredients and it still tasted amazing!

excellent! I, too, chose to make a homemade buttercream frosting but love the cake--we never have eggs readily on hand and this tasted amazing!

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: May 25, 2007
Very good, only giving a four because I made alterations. I added canned, sliced pineapple (no sugar added, in juice, not syrup), and added the juice to the marinade, along with teriyaki. Delicious!
